  • Non-Refundable After Activation: Once a VPN subscription plan is purchased and activated, it is considered implemented and non-refundable. Activation occurs immediately upon successful payment and account setup, granting access to our VPN services, including network connectivity and features specific to your chosen plan.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the digital and immediate nature of our VPN services, we do not offer returns or exchanges for subscription plans once they have been implemented.

2. Pre-Purchase Considerations

  • We encourage customers to carefully review the details of each subscription plan, including features, upload/download traffic limits, and pricing, before making a purchase. Detailed descriptions of each plan are available on our website to help you choose the plan that best suits your needs.

3. Network Solution Plan Approval Process

  • 30-Day Review Period: After purchasing a subscription plan, a dedicated account manager will contact you within 30 days to provide a tailored network solution plan. During this 30-day period, you may request a full refund at any time if the proposed plan does not meet your approval.
  • Non-Refundable After Approval: Once you approve the network solution plan and it enters the implementation and deployment phase, no refunds will be issued.
  • Process: The account manager will work closely with you to ensure the proposed plan aligns with your requirements. If you do not approve the plan within 30 days, you may contact our support team to initiate a refund.

4. Exceptions

  • Non-Delivery of Service: In the rare event that we are unable to provide the purchased VPN service due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team within [7 days] of purchase to report the issue.
  • Billing Errors: If you are incorrectly charged or experience a billing issue, please contact us immediately at support@adspaceone.com. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a refund for the erroneous charge.

5. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Recurring Subscriptions: For recurring subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.
  • No Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not available.
